Aphrodite Hills Golf Club

The 18 hole Aphrodite Hills championship standard golf course, clubhouse and golfing academy, which opened in 2002, are owned and managed by Lanitis Development Ltd.

The golf course designer, is said to have produced "a masterpiece" with a mix which is "just about perfect" - pot bunkers, generous fairways and large tiered greens.

A dominant characteristic of the course is the way in which all but few golf holes have a view of the sea, with each hole having a distinct personality. The course covers approximately 500 acres, about three times the size of a normal golf course and is on two levels separated by a huge gorge.

Secret Valley Golf Club

Set in a scenic pretty valley with grand trees and beautiful natural rock formations offering panoramic views to the golfer. The shrubs and flowers surrounding the course make this course a pleasure to visit. It plays to a par 71 and measures 5904 meters.

The front nine has many interesting holes with some birdie opportunities and a dogleg. Bunkers are placed strategically requiring accuracy.

The back nine plays longer with many more challenges. Hole 13 is a big hitters nightmare - a short 145 meters with water at the back. Overshoot the green and you are out of bounds. Underplay it from the tee and bear the embarrassment of not making the green in one!

Minthis Hills Golf Course

Located just 20 minutes from Paphos Town, on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level, ensures cool breezes during the summer months.

At first glance the game seems to be not so difficult, although with the elevated tees, the tricky rough and the continuous wind, it requires greater concentration.

The fairways are lined with fruit trees and grape vines, most of which have uphill, downhill or sidehill slopes. Undulating greens are not always easy to reach but do have perfect putting surfaces.
